The Trauma-Informed Organisation Award formally recognises organisational commitment to trauma-informed practice. This award, endorsed by Thrive LDN, guides you to: 

• Embed trauma-informed thinking across all roles, not just frontline staff 
• Build a shared language and understanding of trauma and its impact
• Demonstrate clear, measurable and meaningful commitment to funders, partners and stakeholders 

Choose from Bronze, Silver or Gold level training modules. Each comes with consultancy sessions and a toolkit to guide implementation, embed learning and sustain meaningful organisational change.

In partnership with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), our accreditation pathway validate your commitment to leading trauma-informed practice. Building on the Gift of Reconnection modules, participants explore how to integrate learning into a specific area of practice, culminating in a practice-related assignment.

For frontline practitioners, liaison officers and welfare teams operating in trauma-facing environments.  

This specialist award develops your ability to integrate trauma-informed principles into your operational processes and engagement with victims and their families. It is designed to meet the training requirements for family liaison officers across the military, emergency services and organisations operating in high-risk areas, both in the UK and internationally.

A one-day workshop for legal professionals. 

In our crisis response work, we have seen first-hand the value of trauma-informed approaches in legal practice as victims and their families navigate the legal process. The workshop will build your understanding of: 

• the needs of victims
• the ways in which the legal process can compound experiences of harm
• vicarious trauma
• the importance of practitioner wellbeing.
